The experience begins long before the curtain rises.

Virtuose is a fine dining restaurant nestled in the heart of the opera house, with views over the city of Liège and an atmosphere that draws you in from the very first moment.

Where 19th-century elegance meets contemporary cuisine, every visit is immersive, distinctive and unforgettable. With or without a ticket to the evening’s performance, what matters is being here — in the right place, at the right time.

Your expectations, your curiosity, your appetite

These are what inspire Chef Agron Billa, resident chef at Virtuose and head of the renowned Traiteur Goosse. Like a conductor bringing an orchestra together, he creates perfect harmony every evening: seasonal produce, expert craftsmanship, a close-knit team — and that special sensitivity inspired by each production on stage.

His menus are composed like musical scores, echoing the mood of the evening — sometimes bold, sometimes playful, always in tune with the moment. Virtuose is the only place where you can discover his cuisine outside a private event.

Dinner at Virtuose unfolds in a series of courses, each one designed to reflect the spirit of the evening’s performance.

For every production, the chef and his team create a bespoke menu, shaped by the works on stage and reinvented as the season unfolds.
